The ACS motor controller from Inmotion Technologies is the result of 25 years of experience gathered since the first AC inverter was introduced. We have designed Regamotion electric drive systems based on ACS for over 10 years thus has the experience and an extensive library of software functionality to design a new system with ease.
However, every application has its unique requirements and our platform allows customization in everything from operating characteristics to efficiency map, as well as CANOpen or j1939 protocol adaptions. Different I/O options allows for signal input from pressure transmitters, position sensors and joysticks etc. Control of valves and other system loads can be managed directly from the ACS.
ACS is designed for electric drive traction, electro-hydraulic pump – and generator applications. The robust design with IP65 housing is well suited for electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles and electro-hydraulic use.
The software platform is proven in use and quality assured with design and review processes according to Automotive SPICE® and ISO 13849-1. A category 3, up to PLd, design be achieved with redundant hardware.
