SF6 Gas Density Monitors
The electromechanical SF6 gas density monitors utilize a unique gas density reference. This eliminates the need for recalibrations and makes it unaffected by temperature changes. The monitor is also resistent to false switching (contact bouncing) caused by vibration or chock. The operating temperature ranges are from -60°C up to +80°C.
SF6 Gas Density Sensors
The SF6 gas density sensors use a patented direct gas density measurement technology with quartz tuning forks. The technology measures the gas density directly instead of calculating the density from pressure and temperature. The electronical sensors are temperature stable, maintenance-free, vibration and shockproof and have excellent long-term stability.
Hybrid SF6 Gas Monitors
The hybrid SF6 gas density monitor combine the benefits of both the mechanical gas density monitor and the electronic gas density sensor into a single compact device. It provides continuous measurement outputs, making it perfect for insulating gas management and trending systems. Additionally, it features a local gas pressure display and durable alarm contacts for switchpoints.
