The TDS 150FA is a traction drive designed for low voltage applications. It is only slightly larger than the TDS 130FA while delivering approximately 25% higher performance. The drive is used in a wide range of applications, including wheel drives and as an efficient alternative to conventional motors.
The traction drive is optimized for low voltage systems and is also available in higher voltage versions to meet the requirements of both mobile and stationary applications. For higher continuous power, the TDS series is also available in a water-cooled version for long operation and high loads.

Generator Operation
All TDS motors can operate as generators, supporting energy recuperation. Each motor includes an integrated encoder and temperature sensor for monitoring and control. Optional gearboxes allow the drive to be matched to specific operating conditions.
