Discover our reliable and versatile analog level sensors from Engler, designed to meet the most demanding applications.
Our level sensors offer continuous measurement and come standard with passive resistance and potentiometer signals, 4-20mA, 0-10V, as well as custom voltage signals such as 0.5…4.5V with 5 Volts supply or 0.5…9.5V. With resolutions of 5, 10, or 20 mm, you can find the optimal solution for your needs.
We provide level sensors with both reed switch technology and magnetostrictive technology. Reed switch technology for continuous level measurement works by having a float with an integrated magnet move along a rod with multiple reed switch elements. As the float passes these elements, they activate and send a signal corresponding to the exact liquid level. Magnetostrictive technology uses a magnetostrictive sensor to measure the precise position of a magnetic float along a sensor, offering high accuracy and reliability.
Our level sensors are available in various materials, including stainless steel, brass with NBR float, or plastic versions (PP, PVDF, PVC), to suit different applications and environments.
Tailored Level Sensor Solutions
With high production flexibility, we can offer customized solutions in both small and large series. The sensors can be customized with directly mounted cables and desired connectors. We also offer a series with integrated thermostat, Pt100 or Pt1000. They can also be equipped with dual analog outputs for level and temperature, 4-20mA, 0-10V, or 0.5-4.5V ratiometric as standard.
Our sensors are used in everything from mobile hydraulics to stationary industrial processes and are appreciated for their reliability and high performance.
